Susan's Flower Shop Terms & Conditions
1.
All prices quoted include Value added Tax at standard rate.
All deliverys are subject to a £4.95 domestic delivery charge (within the uk) and a £6.99 delivery charge for all international orders
2.
All goods supplied by Susan's Flower Shop remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full.
3.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Susan's Flower Shop within 7 days of the delivery date. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
4.
All products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images. Orders will only be sent once payment has been received.
5.
Susan's Flower Shop cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.
6.
Balloons: We reserve the right to substitute a similar balloon, with minor variation, if your chosen one is out of stock or out of production, unless stated by the consumer that no subsitution, however minor in variation is acceptable.
7.
Additional Options such as chocolates and teddy bears may have minor variations from that shown, but will be the same quality and weight, unless stated by the consumer that no subsitution, however minor in variation is acceptable.
8.
Balloons & Gifts: All online balloon & gift orders include delivery by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, a signature is required on delivery.
9.
Flowers: Flower orders are sent through the Interflora rely service using a network of local florists, a signature is required on delivery.
10.
Some flowers may be substituted, with minor variation, from the image shown due to season and availability of flowers by the local delivery florist but will be of the same value, unless stated by the consumer that no subsitution, however minor in variation is acceptable.
11.
Proof of Delivery of all Products is obtained by a signature on delivery. Duplicate Payments or Orders Cancelled will be refunded in full, within 30 days of cancellation, if cancelled within the required cooling off period.
12.
Your order may be cancelled starting from the day the contract is made and ends on the expiry of 7 working days from the day after receipt of goods. Return delivery charges are payable, however we will issue a full refund, within 30 days of cancellation, within given cancellation terms. Please note this does not apply to flower orders.Your statutory rights are not affected.

  Susan's Flower Shop does not warrant that the functions contained in the material contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials.
  The names, images and logos identifying Susan's Flower Shop or third parties and their products and services are proprietary marks Susan's Flower Shop and/or third parties.
  Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right under any trade mark or patent of Susan's Flower Shop, or any other third party.
  If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
Privacy policy
  We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
  We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
  We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

  We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
  The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.
  If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
  We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. Complaints

  Complaints can be accepted by phone, fax, mail or email. We will respond by phone or email as appropriate with the next two working days. Although each case will be dealt with on its merits, the general policy is to refund or replace goods where they are found to have been substandard, not delivered or late delivered (ie outside the limits of our guarantees on delivery dates). We will aim to resolve any complaint to our customers satisfaction within one week of the initial contact.
Payments
  We accept payment by Amex, MasterCard, Visa and Switch.We recommend you order online using our secure order form or by phone.If using a credit card from outside the UK the currency conversion will be done by the credit card company.Your credit card details are encrypted before transmission.
Payment Security
  Our secure socket layer (SSL) encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
